Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Agave Windows (336 S Jones Blvd #120, Las Vegas, NV 89107) handles personal information collected through agavewindows.com. It covers the website, the estimate request form and the contact form. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate or send a message, the form collects your name, your preferred contact method, the phone number or email address for that method, and your project ZIP code or location. The estimate form also asks for the project type. The approximate number of openings, a description of what you would like to improve and your preferred timing are optional. Required fields are identified on each form.
Each submission also records which page of this website the form was on and, for the full estimate form, which page of this website you arrived from, so we know which service you were reading about. No other browsing history is collected.
You choose what to include in an open text field. Please do not provide payment-card information, government identification numbers, access codes or unrelated sensitive information through a form. The website does not accept file uploads. If you share photographs with us later, avoid including people or documents that are not needed to explain the project.
Information collected through website technology
The company that hosts the website keeps standard server logs when pages load. These logs can include the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested and the date and time. They are used to deliver the website, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems.

The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
The embedded Google map may set its own cookies when it loads. Apart from that map and any analytics described above, third parties do not collect information about your online activity over time and across other websites through this site. The website does not change its behavior in response to a browser "do not track" signal; the choices above apply instead.
If another tool is added later, this policy will be updated to describe it before the tool is turned on.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to you, to understand the project you describe, to prepare an estimate or proposal and to coordinate a project you decide to proceed with. We use technical information to operate, secure and maintain the website.
We contact you using the method you selected on the form. We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an inquiry.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Inquiry information is shared only as needed to respond to you and carry out a project you request. That can include service providers that host the website and store or deliver form submissions, and, for an agreed project, the manufacturers, suppliers or installers involved in your order. They receive the information needed for that purpose.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a business transaction such as a sale of the company, in which case this policy continues to apply to information already collected.
Retention and protection

We limit access to inquiry records to the people who need them to respond to you. No website or transmission method can promise absolute security. If information you sent needs attention, contact us and identify the submission without repeating unnecessary sensitive details.
Your requests and choices
To ask what information is associated with your inquiry, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, send a request through the contact page. Tell us which form you used and the name and contact details you submitted so we can locate the record. Do not send identity documents through the form.
Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) allows Nevada consumers to ask a website operator not to sell certain covered information. Agave Windows does not sell covered information. You may still submit a request through the contact page and we will record it. Verified requests under that provision are answered within 60 days, with an extension of up to 30 days when reasonably necessary and you are notified. See Nevada's privacy statute.
