The guides, comparisons and worksheets on this website are general information to help you plan a window or door project. They are not an inspection of your home, a diagnosis, engineering advice, legal advice or a quotation. Conditions vary from one opening to another. Product details come from each manufacturer's current documents, and building requirements come from the responsible jurisdiction. Confirm both for your own project before you rely on them.

We work to keep the content accurate and we correct errors we learn about. If you find something that looks wrong, tell us through the contact page and identify the page.

Submitting an estimate request or a message starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a product, set a price, schedule an appointment or authorize work.

A project is governed by its written agreement. That document identifies the contracting business and its Nevada contractor license, the products, the scope of work, the price and the terms that apply. If anything on this website differs from your written agreement, the written agreement controls.

Use the website for its intended purpose: learning about windows and doors and contacting Agave Windows about a project. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain access to systems or data that are not public, submit false or misleading inquiries, send unsolicited advertising through the forms, or use automated tools to copy the website in bulk.

You are responsible for the information you send us. Send only information you have the right to share, and leave out payment details, identification numbers and other sensitive information. By sending project details or photographs, you allow Agave Windows to use them to review your inquiry and, if you proceed, to plan and carry out your project.

We do not publish a customer's photographs, name or comments for marketing without that customer's separate permission. Our privacy policy explains how inquiry information is handled.

The text, design, graphics and logos on this website belong to Agave Windows or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal use in planning a project. Other uses require our written permission. Manufacturer names and product names belong to their owners. A reference to a manufacturer's document is a source for a product concept and does not mean Agave Windows supplies that brand.

The website links to outside websites such as government agencies, standards bodies and manufacturers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

The website is provided as it is and as it is available. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time, and the website may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent the law allows, Agave Windows is not liable for losses that result from relying on general website content instead of a written project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under a written agreement with us or under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and it applies from that date forward. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
