What to Include
Describe comfort concerns, appearance, difficult operation, damage, or another priority. Let us know if you are considering changes to an opening's size or arrangement. Count an assembled window or door opening once, rather than counting its individual panes. An approximate count is fine; the project review will establish the actual opening schedule.
Photos Help, and Can Follow Later
You can share photos after we reply to your request. A wider view shows the opening and surrounding finishes; a closer view can show the concern. Photograph from a safe, accessible position. Avoid including people or unrelated private information. A photo explains the starting point; it is not a final measurement or diagnosis.
What Happens After You Send It
